- Malware and ransomware have infected 36 percent of law firms.
- 26 percent have experienced security breaches.
The large majority of cyber attacks are automated shotgun blasts. Bots by the millions roam the entire internet probing for cracks in our defenses. Infected emails become more and more insidious. Computers of your friends and colleagues become jumping-off points for tricking and infecting you.
Cyber-criminal bots don't care if you are in a small firm or solo law practice. They are happy to break in, steal or lock up your confidential client information, and blackmail you.
